I would rather advocate legal purchase of the product than the alternative. Itunes, amazon, netflix, dvd, etc.

Just to note, the word "download" does not not necessarily mean to assume "illegal". In the past month my wife bought a book on Amazon. It was downloaded to her Kindle. And my daughter started the semester needing MS Office. She paid a license fee and downloaded it to her PC. In neither case did they physically touch anything. Amazing world these days.

I thought anyway.
And what's more you were right.

But I do not feel bad downloading a show that runs on free
cable and is offered for viewing immediately afterwards on
the channel's own website. I record the show for my own
enjoyment and not for sale or trade, then archive it to a
disc for possible later viewing.
If its a scumbag argument, I just paid my state use tax for $500
of products bought on Amazon in 2012. I didn't have to do it,
Amazon did not report it to the state. I just thought it was right.
All that said, I did not feel you were attacking me. I was just adding
to the point that was being debated. Is this show on yet?!?!
