Light benching and some tris. Everyday is arm day.

Back Sunday, prefatigued with pullups and pulldowns before hitting some bent over rows.
Shoulders and tris Monday, supersetted presses with close grip bench and shrugs with skullcrushers.
Today was legs and bis, heavy and strict on everything.
Tomorrow I have 2 hockey games, so I'll take the day off. Back for ICT the day after.

Been a good few days, Tuesday was chest (rep day), Wednesday back (heavy), yesterday legs and shoulders (reps), getting ready to head in for an arm workout shortly.

Machine flies
Finished with some tris.

KB lunges 4x10
Extensions 4x12+
Single leg lying 3x12+
Laid on the floor for about 10 min before leaving

Back day, focused on pulling a bit more. One of the better works outs I've had in a few weeks. Everything was on point.
Warmed up on pull down machine 4x
Seated single row
Wide lat pulldowns
Pull down machine reverse grip
Pull ups
I did a chit load of sets so I didn't really count
Finished up with biceps

Chest Saturday...Heavy inclines, heavy flyes, reps on declines.
Back Sunday...Heavy bent over rows, pullups, reps on pulldowns, heavy cable rows.
Shoulders and tris today... Reps on seated military, reps on skull crushers and pushdowns.
Tomorrow will be legs, traps and bis.

Strength felt a bit flat since I'm on a deficit but overall happy with today.
Flat bench 225 working sets. Felt like 275. 5x4
Hammer strength incline - cable flies 4x12+
Hit some tris till my elbow said, nah, go home.
