Been on a short vacation up north to visit family and wedding. Still was able to train, just limited on time and time to post.
Been back a few days. Had a couple nice days since being back.
Chest today.
Flat bench - worked up to 235 for working set. 5x4
Cable flies - 10x20, yes 10 sets of 20

Legs today. Snot running down my nose as I squat is not fun. Think I sweated out 5lb.
Actually a good day of training but my strength was just down.

Back day yesterday. Took the weights down about 25-30% and just reped everything, nice and slow.

Not a bad day. Felt so so, weights moved smoothly. Took fronts for a ride today along with some hack squats and leg extensions, curls.

Played hockey last night and definitely got rid of a lot of the crud.
Down side was insomnia, so I missed the gym again. I'm well enough to go now, but need to be smart with 5 hockey games in the next 7 nights. Will try to hit the gym manana.

ICD. Gym was packed, but I got a bench within about 10 minutes. First workout back, did light flats, inclines and declines. Feels good to be back in the groove.

Legs today. Didn't hit squats since I don't want heavy weights on my back. Slight tweak last week. Much better though.

Same as you brotha. Went light on back. First time doing rowing movement in over a week. Even took deadlifts for a ride.
Finished up with a few bicep stuff.
