Glad to see you in here Charlie. Heal up brotha.

Lower back is still stiff so I took benching lightly today..

So much pump. Taking around 75-100g of Karboyln during my workout, giving me that fullness throughout my body, awesome feeling.

Bench 4x3 @225 felt like a breeze but didn't want to push it.
Some other chest work.
Finished off w/ biceps. Did 21s win flat bar but modified it to 3x10 for 4 sets. 120 reps, dead.

I did chest too, varied some stuff and pre-fatigued with vertical (plate loaded) bench. Still went heavy on inclines and flats, and finished with some flyes and extreme stretching.

Back comin' right up....

Good back day.

Supersetted T-bar and bentover rows, then supersetted wide grip pulldowns with V-grip cable rows. That was all she wrote, some stretching and then hit the road.

Last night did a lot of back volume. 10x10 style w/ 30sec rest between sets. Since I can't use my lower body I figured I'd try to stop being so fat LOL

Tonight will be chest volume. More 10x10.

Decent shoulder day yesterday, not quite pain free but close enough. Presses, shrugs, rear delts and finished with some tris.

Wheels today, with some bis tossed in at the end.

Nice! Arm day, everyday.

Had a nice couple days off and enjoyed Vegas with he family.

Good back action tonight.

Lots of pull ups and a few rowing movement. Didn't want to trigger anything, so still keeping it semi light. Almost there. Of course I finished it off with some biceps.

After my first week of this lean bulk. Up 1lb, just as planned but I tweaked my fats and carbs. Going from 101g fat to 80g but increasing my carbs by almost 100g. So my new numbers. 226P - 499C - 81F

Haha nope. A day.

Taking about 75g of dextrose intra and post training. So that gives me 150. I'll have a post training meal with about another 75-100g so after that, im half way home!

Very good chest day. Everything felt relatively easy.

Working sets at 225 and worked off that.

Pause bench
Bench
Incline hammer
Dips

Finish off with triceps.

I had a great chest day yesterday as well, heavy on the flat bench, inclines and declines.

Back day today, row, row, row your lats, gently.....not. :-)

Switched it up on back, both out of boredom and for the shock value.

Super heavy on wide grip pulldowns using straps (which I don't often do).
Straight to bent over rows at 225 for sets of 15-20 (and one set at 275)
Heavy on cable rows with the straps again.
T-bar rows at 225 for reps, and one set at 250.
Stretching and dead hangs from various angles.

Gassed, back stayed pumped all day.

Hit legs yesterday. Didn't want to squat but decided to test out my back... went so so. But now, it may have aggreivated something again. All good.

Went fairly light. Just working sets of 225.

Squats
Leg presses- db lunges
Seated curls.

Thanks bruddah... it's feeling okay right now.

Press day. Loving my high carb week. The weights just feel that much easier.

Lots and lots of pull ups. Maybe 200 reps?
Bent over row
Deads - didn't go heavy. Around 60% 4x8

In the words of Kanye, I hit the gym, all chest no legs.

My first year or training, I really avoided doing legs as much as possible lol

Legs today. Went light still, easing my way back.

Front squats @225 4x5
Hack squats 4x12
Extensions 5-6x10
Lying curls 8x10+
