I'm pretty sure its to mimic the Cuban ribbon, but I'm not really sure if its supposed to mean some
Also, I love the Regios too, but don't smoke them often enough. Never had the Reserva version.

That isn't an easy score. You're finding a lot a nonexistent boxes with stuff like these and ECCJ's. You either have no life outside of acquiring cigars...or good contacts.

I had a similar find with the black tin of 3 Chateau Fuente's. Just sitting there in the back of the walk-in, they had been there so long, the B&M said they had removed them from inventory as either stolen or misplaced! haha
