Actually trained 6 out of 7 days since my last post, I don't know why I haven't posted. Today is an off day, International Chest Saturday tomorrow. Thanks for keeping me on my toes though.

Breast day. Did heavy flat bench, heavy inclines, then got an adjustable bench and went about 1/2 the angle of inclines for a few heavy sets. Heavy machine flyes, then some light machine work for a pump and a stretch.

Tore up back today.
Bent over rows 215, 235, 265, 285, 305, 255, 225
T-bar rows up to 270, tweaked the back a little, so moved on to cables.
Wide pulldowns to 240
Cable rows to 240
and called it a day.
Earn that cake tomorrow, Huy!

Hit legs and delts Monday, then took Tuesday off.
Chest today, worked out great because the gym was filled with Spring Break dudes, and they were all doing legs. Great day, strong and lots of endurance. This retirement sh!t is really agreeing with me.

Superset rowing day, did 6 or 7 supersets (I lost count) of T-bar and barbell rows. Medium weight with super high reps (at least on the T-bar portion, LOL), from 225 to 260 on the T-bars and 215-265 on the bb rows.
That gassed me out, but still mananged a few heavy sets of cable rows and wide grip pulldowns. Ended with some stretching, all done in well under an hour.
Cooked root beer pulled pork in the slow cooker yesterday, so BBQ will be my reward.

Been a bit inconsistent due to travel and just simply busy.
Back to your regular schedule.
Had a few good days. Back yesterday. Rows on rows. Wheels tomorrow.
Going on a slow lean bulk. My carbs are up to 455g and fats high as 101g. Having a hard time trying to consume 455g, so I'm having to take Karboyln.

Slight tweak with my lower back. Probably ascending a tad too quick. Taking tomorrrow off and just going to roll out. Might reduce my carbs a bit and hit them higher Sunday

Wasnt planning on going but hit shoulders and triceps. Not too heavy but kept it heavy enough at 6 reps.
Didn't want to trigger anything so only pressing movement was seated db press

Hey there! Long time no post here.
I was prepping for a PL meet and rly aggravated some nerves in my back and my SI about 2 months back.
Got some nerve blocks in my spine and leg last week and they've helped me some already. Probably in for another round of injections before I officially start my "rehab".
Just been doing some rly light upper body stuff since I injured it.
Looks like you guys are still moving weight in here! Nice to see!
