Back day today, heavy Barbell/T-bar supersets, followed by cable pulldowns (wide) and cable rows (narrow). Ended with some extreme stretching.

Good job Greg. Glad you're still training.
Back felt so much better today. 2 hours of foam rolling helped a lot.
Even went in today to hit shoulders and tris.
Nothing impressive, just moderate weight. Didn't want to push my back to the limits, so I settled for seated military press instead of standing OHP.

It helped that I was watching a movie lol. I just laid on it half the time anyway. That counts right?
Took yesterday off. The weather (I know your weather is far worse) did not motivate me to leave the house.
Ended up napping with Mason for a couple hours. That's a win itself.
Hitting back today. No deads though, still don't want to aggravate the lower back.

All the gains, brotha.
Back today. Trained on a 18 hour fast. The pump was real.
Ended up doing deads. Didn't go too heavy. Hit working sets at 315, no chalk or anything. Used double overhand grip, rather than over under grip.
Deadslifts
Seated row (v grip)
Pull ups
Seated machine row
Hit some biceps. Went heavy, felt like it was going to burst lol

Chest just happen to fall on ICD... luckily I go at the perfect time, after lunch. Nice and empty.
flat bench - kept it simple 225 for working sets
flat db alternating presses
cable flies
weighted dips - probably my favorite
Did some triceps to cap it off. Had a good pump.

I had to jumble the order I wanted to do my exercises in a bit, but was able to keep moving and got a great lift in.
Back day in about 15 minutes.
