Back yesterday. Still hitting 70% on my big lifts.

Seated rows
Weighted pull ups (I rarely do weighted pull ups but damn was it good)
Wide grip pull downs
Legs maņana for me too. Going 80% tomorrow.

Hit heavy presses, hammie curls and some lunges today. Legs are wicked tight still.

Wheels yesterday, hit 75%. Didnt want to go too heavy.
ICD today 80% on bench. Strength felt okay.
Flat bench 80% @4x5
flat db press 4x8
cable flies 3x12+
weighted dips 3x10 (never really used the attachment belt, but I love it) 45lb plate felt easy

ICF yesterday, medium weights and lots of reps, great chest pump.
Back today, went relatively heavy on the rows and cables.
Wheels and shoulders tomorrow. Deltoids and Hamstrings and Quads, oh my.

Legs yesterday with a rare showing of Staci. She did good, didn't ***** much. Even hit 135 atg for reps.
Today she's paying for it and has been crying all day.
Off today and tomorrow. Back on Monday.

Huy, did you take a couple extra extra days off?
Volume day for chest today, high reppage on flats, inclines, declines and flyes. Added in some extreme stretches at the end to finish it off. Tomorrow I'll do back, and do the opposing stretches after.

I did and my bench and deads were great. Weight felt easy-ish. 225 on flat felt like 135, 315 deads felt like 225. Hitting 75-80% this week.
Actually kinda tweaked my back yesterday, hitting hanging leg raises lol. Or at least I felt some tightness afterwards. I was supersetting hack squats and that.
Legs yesterday - felt great 315 for easy 3x3 and then 205 for 5 second pause reps 3x5
Back is just a little tight but not bad today. May end up going today to hit "light" shoulders.

Finally got 225#, including bar, on my bench again. 3 sets of 3 or 4 reps isn't bad was hoping for more, just finally happy to get over 200# mark again. 275# here i come.
