Good appendage day, hit legs and arms. Even threw a few sets of tris in after doing them yesterday, more to stretch out the bi's than anything....but was actually stronger on tris today.

It was a scheduled off day for me, but I caught a wicked cold last night, so I am waiting to see if tomorrow will be in the cards. Damn, Huy, I want 10 hours sleep now.

Wel it's not like you have **** to do...
I ended up going last night. Huge effing headache... due to do caffeine all day.
Hit chest. Strength felt good so I wanted to keep the rep ranges low, so I could perform all my working sets relatively heavy.
Bench 4x3
Hammer strength incline
Flat DB
Facepulls using cables
Hit triceps

Back yesterday and legs today.
Went about 80% of my squats and kept it fairly moderate reps.
Squats
Bulagarian split squats
Reverse hacks
Some negative leg extensions

Going to hit wheels today.
Been going back and forth on a new program, I may start a PL program just to switch it up. I want to hit 405 on squats this year, 500 deadlift and my bench is poverty so I'll just say 315.
