That did not seem like 90 minutes, not a bad episode.

That was one of, if not the best episode of this series. Action, emotion, conflict, and what looks to finally be the start of some resolution. How many episodes left in this season? For some reason I thought this was the finale since it was an hour and a half, thankfully I was wrong, lol.

I have to agree. Best episode of the season, for me. The way it ended reminded me of the Sleep of the Babies (next to last episode last year). Camera is panning what everyone is doing and there is a great song playing over it. Last year was Audrea Mae on a cover of Dylan's "Forever Young" as we watch how Donna's death is weighing on everyone late into that night. This one had Patty Griffin's "Mary" as Gemma was telling them about the attack. How we all knew she was doing what she thought was best to keep the club together..sacrificail, kinda.
Again, great episode

Yeah I love the fact that just as you think you see where this is going he throws in another turn. By far best episode of the season.

The prospect and Tig on shrooms really lightened the somber mood of the ending
:-)
Great episode

I agree. I thought we were gonna lose him. Maybe we did?
Definitely the most emotional ending of the series so far. Even more so than Donna's death IMO. Of course that is a very close second.

In the previews for the next one, I for one am glad to see Jax wearing his patches and Clay asking "what would you do?". Turning point in the club for the good??

I liked this episode and it was very well written, however ultimately I'm a bit underwhelmed.
I believe Gemma telling Clay and Jax about what happened means that all of Clay and Jax's beef is on the back burner now, if not gone forever. The main thing now is to take care of Zobelle.
I also noticed in the previews that Jax has his VP patch back on and he grabbed them on the way out the door, I knew he was not leaving. Things are going to heat up between SAMCRO and the Skins for real. On the preview Clay asked Jax what he would do and he said "Kill em ALL!"
Is it Tuesday YET?

Tonight...
Still wish I could watch it live. I'll have to settle for internet watching late tonight or sometime in the next couple days.

There are a lot of layers to this show. The Gemma thing shows how committed/calculating she is. She took something that was meant to hurt the club and played it at the point where it could bring the club back together.
Just finished tonight's episode. I liked it but I can't wait to hear what other think.

I loved this episode, all kinds of things coming to the surface.
I must admit though, when I saw the preview of the coming "showdown", the first thing that came to mind was the News Team Brawl in "Ron Burgandy, Anchorman".
:-) :-)

"I killed a guy with a trident!"
:-)
It was great to see the club get all of their issues out in the open. And gathering a little intelligence for once. Look how much they found out after tailing people for one day. Like Chibs said, I don't know what they would do without Gemma.
I hope the prospect gets his elephant nuts sorted out. I LOL'd at that
:-)

:-) BarneyBandMan cracked me up today with the same observation...
He said we could expect Marcus Alvarez (Mayan Boss) to show up and say...
"Como estan, Beetches!?"
:-)
