Devil's Weed. Great mild-medium bodied cigar! Can be found @ CI in bundles of 20 ranging from $1.50 to $2.00 per smoke.

Ramon Bueso Genesis. The robos are $3/ea by the box, and I was surprised how tasty these were. PDR Oscuros are also great for the price.

I didn't read over the entire thread so if these have already been mentioned, please forgive me...

The Ligero Laced 2nd's at CI are excellent bang for your buck, IMHO...

Why yes; yes they do. Not on the open market, however! :-)

Of course my first post would be on the cheap smokes section! ........ lol... i see many of you guys are listing the "826 Slow aged Perdomo". what would you guys compare it to? being a college student, cheaper cigars are starting to climb higher and higher on my need list. im getting tired of the bags of trader jacks (im going to get tired of my fav pool cigar before summer starts!) and i need to find something decent and cheap... any thoughts on the JR alternatives? Specifically the Montecristo alternative?

The Slow-Aged are my every-other-day stick, especially mid-day.
I prefer the naturals over the maduros.
Medium body, pleasant mix of leather, wood, florals & a touch of citrus.
They're better if you "slow age" them longer - about 6 months or more.
Then the citrus is more understated.
The last third can sometimes get bitter, though.
I recommend the Glorioso (Toro) size.
They are often offered on CigarBid for decent prices,
so try a 5-pack before committing to a bundle.

I can't comment on the JR Alternatives, as I've never tried 'em.

For anyone interested in infused (gasp), I've been enjoying the Isla del Sol from Drew Estate. I had the Corona several months ago and wasn't impressed... hot burn and bitter by 1/2 way through. I gave a 5-pack of the Toro a try from CigarMonster ($15, free shipping) and it was a much different experience. Burn was cooler, slower, a bit milder, with more of the coffee infusion coming through. At $3/stick, I don't know that you can do much better for an infused... especially without the need to buy huge quantities to hit that price.

I don't really like to go less than $4.00 a stick, because that will get me a Flor de Oliva. which is about as low as I go.

Man O' War - Little Devil
CLE - Corojo
5 Vegas Classic Torpedo

And not sure if this is considered a "cheap stick" but a local place sells Fuente Queen B's for $4.99

Tons of great sticks out there under $ 4.00...you're missing out on some goods ones. Famous Nic 5000 Toros are about $ 1.60 a stick and I'd put them against most $ 10.00 sticks every day of the week. :-)

Does he mean B&M pricing?

Edit: I didn't know the Famous Nic 5000 were that cheap, I thought they were on par price wise as the 601.

Not sure if its against forum rules, it if its please edit or vets tell me and I'll edit, about posting links to retailers but can one offer insight to the below link?

http://www.cigarsinternational.com/c...ro-laced-2nds/

I saw a post on another forum that said: "Liga 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', and 'E'. They actually are some great RP cigars. Here is the break down on whats what.

A is Edge. B is Sun Grown. C is Olde World Reserve. D is Decade. E is Indian Tabac Super Fuerte."

Anyone know what brands the Liga's in the aforementioned link are? I know they are Olvia but curious to know what line if you will.
