I still laugh every time I see that avatar, Huy. :-)

Back day today, and just back, pushed shoulders back to tomorrow.

5 supersets of barbell rows/T-bar rows, high reps with moderate weight.
Then 4 heavy sets of T-bars
4 heavy sets of barbell rows.
3 heavy sets of cable rows.
Tried to move to pulldowns, but my lats were toast.

Oh I have more! I have one of him wearing a cowboy outfit.

Legs today. My usual squats and more squats.

Some negative leg extensions, reverse hack squats. Same shiet.

Hitting the Murphs tomorrow. :-)

I think this is the longest we've gone without hanging? Since there was no FC in the OC.

Yeah, I'm hoping to get out there before Spring, be good to see you.

2 niights of hockey in a row so it will be shoulders and arms for me today, wheels gotta wait for manana.

Not much gas today, so I went with one exercise each part, hard and heavy.

Seated military presses
Skullcrushers
Preacher curls

No hockey tonight, so maybe more gas for wheels tomorrow. :-)

Mason has a fever and was just attached to Gma today so she was nice enough to let me go.

Murphy Day. Shoulders felt great so I hit 3 pressing movements. Tired but it was s good day.

Smashed back today, probably one of the best training day in a few weeks. Just exhausted the hell out of. Didn't really count sets or reps. Made sure to keep it fairly high.

Finished it off with some tricep work.

Gonna cook up some southern no fry talapia and corn bread.

Glad you got a good one in, Huy. Legs went well here, needed to get it in as I have 3 games in 4 nights starting tomorrow.

Chest day manana, and I am gonna try and superset it with back if I feel energetic.

Wasn't feeling the superset energy, did a pre-exhaust routine for chest with 8 sets of heavy, high rep flyes before I hit flats and declines. Great pump, and hopefully still have gas for hockey tonight.

Well thank you, I'm still sore from the back yo back games so I hit the pecs.

Nothing special, same stuff. I probably over did it though with 5 chest movements. Finish off with some biceps for funsies.

Hope you lifted for both of us, Brother. Slept like crap after hockey last night and skipped today. My last regular shift tomorrow and hockey again after, so I am going to take another day off tomorrow. Figure this is one of the oddest weeks of my life, plus 4 games, and since I have the rest of my life to hit the gym, a couple days off won't kill me. At least that's how I am rationalizing it. :-)

It won't but you'll just lose all your gains and your muscles with turn into fat. :-)

Good leg day.

Typical squats. Went easy and just worked 10x3 @315. Nothing crazy. Hit angled leg press for 10x12 and finished off with leg curls with negative reps. 4x5

Had to motivate myself to go today, it's so easy to get out of the groove. Luckily, I think I'm right back in it.

Shoulder day, medium weight/high rep presses and low weight, contraction holding shrugs. Best shoulder workout in a while.
