Been smoking owl head working in the shop these last few nights, thanks Coffeewaterbeer!
Been doing all kinds of bad things, leaving half smoked bowls. Using the same big monster I chew on. Stuff is a wonderful smoke this time of year.

Glad you like it Chris, Rich's blends at 4noggins are really good.
I finished up an unfinished cob of ODF driving in this morning. So happy to have cold weather back.

Good evening pipers, yesterday was a McClelland #2015 type of day. First, in the Charatan Makes Perfection 489DC, and then, in the F.Baki meer.
This morning, John Patton Storm Front in the Peterson Dalkey 68

Breaking in my new budget pipe, a Mitchell Thomas briar, with some Deluxe Navy Rolls. About halfway done and I'm really enjoying it. The pipe and tobacco are burning cool and smooth. It could be the 40 degrees and sun along with my smoker running next to me but I'm happy.

I have been smoking a lot of Missouri Pride from Missouri Meerschaum this weekend in various pipes. Nice blend, I am on the fence about whether I will reorder though.

Found an old jar of H&H Egg Nog in my cabinet and thought why not. Haven't had an aromatic in a while. So I loaded it up in my non name briar (designated aro pipe). Turns out it reminded me why I bought it in the first place. Lit very easily and burned very well throughout the bowl. Smoked cool with toasted leather and nut flavors with a hint of spice and cream. Nice smoke for a rainy day.

I've really been enjoying Solani Burley flake. There's some earthy flavor in there that's sublime.

Good Morning Pipers,
Last night, I headed over to The Smoke Zone in Stevenson Ranch to hang out and talk to one of the proprietors Zach. Purchased a tin of McClellands Red & Black, kicked back, and relaxed...

Damn Mark. I never think I want a meerschaum and then I see those two of yours and I get all kinds of confused. Those are two of the best looking pipes I've seen.
