Preeeettty sure most people knew this was all a publicity sham. So what if this cost the NFL a couple million dollars? The league and ownership splits ~$9B annual revenue. I think once Brady was not afforded proper due process, everyone knew this was completely bullsht.

All Deflate-gate did was use a very public and well-liked figure, tack on an obviously ridiculous charge to troll people into following it, and watch people frustrate themselves over it; and most people did. NFL finally found a way to stay relevant through the dry summer months, Patriots made great sales of NEP products, and furthermore, Tom Brady may finally realize his political ambitions with this win. How was this not a win, win, win?

Yeah, and we know Goodell always wins on appeal. What's he batting, 0 for 4? :-)

Absolutely no way Goodell wins this appeal. Zero. None.
There's no way for him to undo multiple screw-ups the NFL and their lawyers made in the legal process.
The only plea they can make is "we didn't really understand the law involved, and decided it best to ignore our lawyers".

Carlos, that's your Fat Lady in a sparkly mumu singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" right there. :-)

Also, cake is better than pie.

I just want to make I follow this as I am slow.

So..........100% chance that there is a 0% probability of prevailing, 99.9% of the time?:-)

Brady threw four TD's against the Steel Curtain. :-)
If that's real punishment, give us more! :-)

TB 12 hangs 466 and 3 TD'S over the the big blowhard Rex Ryan and the over hyped Bills.
Tom Brady with out a doubt the greatest quarterback that has ever played in the NFL.
Pats are on a mission this year, scorched earth baby!!!:-)

4 rings 6 appearances and he is not done yet still going strong.
Love him or hate him proof is in the record.

By that logic, Brady can never eclipse The Great Terry Bradshaw who earned 4 Super Bowls in 4 appearances. Right?
Bradshaw threw an INT for every TD he ever threw.
Aaron Rodgers throws td's at a 4/1 ratio.
Rodgers has a ring and has reached the postseason 7 of his 7 years as a starter.

Would I put Brady in a "top ten of all-time" argument? Hell yeah. He's amazing.
The best, best ever, or even best playing right now? No.
I'm pretty certain when Rodgers hangs his shoes up he'll replace every single question mark with a period. God willing.

I love me some Terry, but let's face it he was not winning superbowls because he was an amazing QB, he was being dragged to the finish line by some incredibly teammates.

People forget that in 1974, the year the Steelers won their first Super Bowl, Bradshaw was only the starter for half the regular season, and the Steelers actually had a better record in the games he missed than the games he started. People forget that if Bradshaw hadn’t played so badly in so many playoff games, the Steelers could have won more than four Super Bowls: Among Bradshaw’s postseason stat lines were a 5-for-10, 80-yard, one-touchdown, two-interception game in a loss to the Dolphins, a 12-for-25, 167-yard, two-touchdown, three-interception game in a loss to the Raiders, a 14-for-35, 176-yard, zero-touchdown, one-interception game in another loss to the Raiders, and a 19-for-37, 177-yard, one-touchdown, three-interception game in a loss to the Broncos.
Though, yes I know what you are saying, Scott.
