For all the sh*t going on this season you would think they could have done a better ending.
Agreed.

It's quite sad when Part 1 of the finale was more bad ass than the part 2.

I do like the way they did something different, as there was no way they were topping last season's finale.

All that build up to lead to... no, no, we're taking over, go home.

I don't even think there was a single act of badassness in part 2. I can't think of one.

Maybe Jax Crying? :-)

The hospital scene was pretty intense, considering the rest of the episode.

Yeah but you knew he wasn't going to do it.

I really wish they would have done something different with this finale. Not sure what, but just anything different. Definitely not the whole Fed/CIA or whatever thing, that was disappointing big time.

What a shame. I hope they do a better finale next season.

I liked the finale personally. It wasn't action packed, but it was packed with character changes and plot changes for the coming season.

You have: the killing of the daughter of the biggest crime boss in Oakland, a Dep Sheriff in crisis over the changes, an weirdo AUSA that is pissed he was jacked, Jax attempting a takeover (don't think Clay will lay down for that), Tara eyeing down Gema and taking her place (Gema won't take nicely to having no power, if you ask me), a pissed off Clay who still has to deal with the Irish otherwise the whole club is toast, but he doesn't know that and more.

All in all it wasn't action packed but it was deep as far as plot movement.

+1. The niners are going to make it interesting next year. Tig really screwed up when he went after Leroy.

+2. I agree completely. That isn't going away anytime soon. Well not until next season anyways. I didn't think the finale was too bad, I would have liked to see more in the way of endings. Not just twists. It certainly leaves a lot of plot lines open for next year.

Actually, the only act of badassness was when Lincoln Potter dropped all those "toys" at the Charming council meeting. "Because I don't like you."

And was that so badass? Probably not, but my favorite part of the episode.

That was pretty funny, I got a good laugh out of that.

Those are my thoughts as well. While I agree that it set up some interesting story lines for next season, I was looking for a little instant gratification. :-)

First time I ever actually liked that ADA character. Very refreshing scene.
