Yes. Very early one, hard to tell specifically which model without seeing more of it though. Microsoft has been selling software for Macs since almost the beginning of the line.

Somewhere I still have my MacWrite and MacPaint 5.25 "CD"s that was how and why Bill hooked up with Apple, those first two programs. (I believe that was the first thing) Needless to say that was how he had access to the OS code.
