Kick Ass

That little girl cracks me up in it!

Focus (2001) With Laura Dern and William H. Macy. Based on the play by Arthur Miller. A man begins to suffer discrimination for looking "Jewish" after getting a new pair of glasses in war-time New York. Excellent adaptation of a well written play, although it's quite infuriating to watch and realize that that kind of anti-semetism was going on in America at the time.

Was sent a screener of Ben Affleck's "The Town" a couple days ago. Just got around to watching it last nite. It was excellent!!! Affleck's best work in years. Glad to see he's growing as a director as well. I enjoyed Gone Baby Gone but this is a whole new level up from that film.

We watched Robin Hood (Russell Crowe) the night before last. I enjoyed it, but could only hear half of it. I'll visit it again.
Watched Iron Man II last night, it was freakin awesome, better than the first. It draws heavily on the first one, I like it like that. I'll definitely watch it again. :-)
