Sweet Maria's
El Salvador Finca La Florida, I made this a Vienna Roast. Very good. I just wish I was breathing better thru my nose. A little stuffy and it makes for not tasting well.

I had a little of leftovers from this weekends roasting that I threw together in a blend. It came out very Nice. Creamy with a little acidic twang and some nice mild spice & nuttyness.

Sumatra Mandheling, this is my go to. When I finish these couple of pounds I am going to venture out to some new beans I have never tried before.

Just picked up and I am now brewing a fresh pot of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, going to pair well with a cigar.
