Hard flake (cut from a pressed brownie it seems), it's a moist baccy even after sitting in a jar for a year. not a bad smoke by any stretch, just a challenge. happy pipe day ya lunatics.
Here's a few reviews on that blend Seth:

Seems like DrBowes on TR is of the same opinion. Surprising there are only 2 reviews up of this blend.

Maybe it has an effect on your brain regarding "recall" if you smoke too much of the blend

Samuel Gawith Golden Glow in a small Dunnie while visiting Halifax. Nice day down by the harbour. Nice tobacco - gentle warm sweetness.

3 nuns in my Peterson. It was pretty mellow. I like the stokeby bulls eye flake better and it's cheaper.

Feb not the best time - snow banks are 5 ft high and the sidewalks are ice-rinks. But yep - pretty town. Lots of young people around because of Dalhousie. Downtown is actually alive too - which is nice to see.

The snow is pretty high here, too. Halifax is a great place for sea food; awesome scallops!

Mostly 1792 today. The 8 inches of snow from 2 days ago is melting fast and the mid 30s feel like spring.
