No juice, no motivation, half-assed back workout today with a gym fulla douchenozzles. Guess this 6 day break may be coming at a good time.

Not a good way to start your break....

Going to go hard this week before SD.

Back and some quick bis today.

Seated row - stiff arm lat pull down
Seated row machine
Benter over BB row revers grip (went light and did a crap load of sets)
V-grip pull ups - wide grip pull down

bb curl in the squat rack just because no one was using it
incline db curls

I have shoulders today.. I think im gonna do a full shoulder workout this time; first since the partial tear discovery.. we will see what happens. f*k it.. lol

Had a fun day at Disneyland with the kiddo and wife. Stayed on point all day up till dinner time.

Couple more days of training before my short vacation. Legs tonight.

Had a great shoulder session today. Went for a trail run tonight. Suppose it's the least I could do after the absolute dietary debacle that have been the last 2 weeks. I'm swollen like a beached whale. LOL

Week 4 of my DL program and there's no DL'ing ... just low back accessory work. So i'll do arms tomorrow and do some HIIT on saturday.

Lackluster leg day. Trained a bit later than I wanted so I didn't take any pwo. I just pushed through tonight, even tried to hit FST 7 to off set my training.

Leg day for everyone at the gym, so I did smith machine squat for the first time ever.

Smith machine squat (close stance)
Leg extensions
Stuff leg deads
Leg press (FST7)
Lying leg curls

Did some quick abs.

did a 45 minute shoulder workout yesterday, but I literally worked out for 44 minutes of that timeframe. I supersetted everything, managed to not die, and I had a crazy pump, and most of importantly, I didn't die.. woot!

6 total sets of db press
6 sets of lat side raises

3 sets of wide grip front raises
3 sets of db front raises

4 sets of barbell press
4 sets of standing db rear delt raises

4 sets of busdrivers
4 sets of shrugs

Since I wasn't supposed to DL today ... I did 3x1 @ 500 lol

Finished up with some adductor work and some kick backs. Gassed!
