Hard to blame the bullpen when the Mets could only muster 6 hits over 13 innings, and had the bases loaded with one out in the 11th.
At some point you have to score if you want to win. :-)
How long do you want the bullpen to hold them off?

These guys can't hit for ****. The game was handed to them in the 11th and they basically said "no thank you". This is getting very frustrating.

Mets beat the Padres last night 6-2. Abreu had four hits and Colon pitched well. Must have been "old man rivers" night at the ballpark. :-) :-) It's a win and I'll take it. :-)

Nice game by Wheeler.
He has stuff, but he's inconsistent.
Most surprising thing about last night is they actually found a way to beat the Marlins.
Only need 1 more win to earn a split, which is like winning the series for the Mets. :-)
