Was supposed to be leg day, but I had a late game last night and another game tonight, so I just wailed on my bis and abs. Tried to make Charlie proud with my reps, but I just couldn't get near that number.

Personally I'd try the War Juice on leg day. You can take Vasky with it too but idk if you want a leg pump or not lol

I did the MTS one. I love pixie stick like flavor, really sour. I actually had to swish it with a little water. I usually just take the powder dry.
Leg today.
Leg extensions 5x15
Lying Leg curls 5x15
Front squats 5x8+
Single leg press 5x12-16
Single leg extensions 5x14+
I went to the grocery store to pick up some dinner stuff and I had to get a cherry Danish pastry for my post workout

Ron - lol @ cookie ... I'm a sucker for a cookie ... hope u like the PWO ... since your Ruckus & Vasky are mixed together already (the way I stack it) I'm interested to see what u think of it!

Took a double scoop of Hyde so I def stimmed my way through this one.

I usually don't like to get all juiced up before legs. Only on days when it's tougher, back or chest.

i am a stim junkie, and I remember one morning I took two scoops of hyde and I ended up passing out in the corner of the gym with a migraine, lol.. I was so amped up, my system crashed

I squat nearly every workout, at least 3 times a week, Front, back, pause, box, all kind of Squats. I have recently (past year) started doing more Oly work, Clean and jerk, Snatchs. Its amazing how you use nearly every part of your body doing those lifts.
