Entertainment>What's the last movie you watched?
Kreth 09:50 AM 05-08-2010
The Godfather was on last night. It's been a long time since I watched it, weird seeing Pacino, Caan, and Duvall as young men.

28 days later and so far so good. As a general rule I dislike Zombie flicks but I am liking this.

Well they aren't really "zombies" so that could be a reason. The second is enjoyable as well...Just finished The Human Centipede, and it's "different", slow going in many parts and the ending is just enh...but it's a different movie

Tempted to see the Dragon movie in 3-D. Not a fan of animation, but this got such great reviews I might just relent. Anyone here seen it- will an old fart and his wife enjoy it?

I think you should see it, and not just because I own stock in Dreamworks and IMax. It is a good movie and the Mrs and I enjoyed it. Although since I own stock I hope everyone goes to see it multiple times.

It depends on what you mean when you say you're not a 'fan of animation'. Does the style just put you off? I think there has been some great animation from Toy Stories, Incredibles, and Shreks to Monsters vs. Aliens. If you didn't like any of those, then you'll probably not like the Dragon movie.

Finished watching Defendor and it was a bit too much of a mess to really enjoy but it gave it an admirable try.

Watching the Core tonight; looking forward to cheeseball silliness. It better deliver.

This past week, I've been too busy to even post.

But otherwise, we saw

Ironman on Saturday.
Then on Sunday, Ironman 2 - awesome! :-)

The end of last week sometime, Sherlock Holmes - he's become a good actor now that he's clean. :-)

Interesting. I've never heard of a new edition - guess it's going onto Netflix!:-)

Taken. I never envisioned Liam Neeson as a bad-ass, but I definitely enjoyed the film.
