My goodness, I know you guys like the DFH beers, and it made no real impression on me because you like EVERYTHING.
I'm having a DFH Indian Brown Ale right now and it's as close to a perfect beer as I have had in decades. Now I don't DRINK
a lot of beer anyway, and certainly not anything but Bud Light in the last 20 years, but this year I have begun trying to
see what all the fuss is about concerning the brews in this thread. I have had several good ones. But this beer is fantastic.
Loaded with cinammon, chocolate, raisins, citrus, the list goes on and on. It DOES remind me of a beer I drank a lot
back in the service or in Germany, but I can't remember any of that time in my life. Really good beer this one.

Tell ya the truth, I have liked everything I have tried, some more than others.
I liked the Arrogant Bastard you recomended, but it was not as good as it was strong
and wild. Not TOO strong by any means, but it was so strong as to block a lot of the flavor,
TO ME, anyway. But good. I had a friend over, and he had one of his leftover Bass, and
my Chimay White Label, and a half a Hop Wallop. He tried a couple swallows of the A.B. and
pretty much never asked for any more. :-)

Eh I clear out bottles before I buy new ones. I never have more than 2-3 bottles on hand. I clear them out too fast. The Weller is taking me a bit to finish, it's pretty hot for a 107 proof. It's the heat that is getting me not the ABV.

Also Brad, you get use to the stronger brews. I probably should have had you wait on the Arrogant/Double Bastard Ales. However I am glad you did enjoy them....someday when you're ready you'll buy LOTS of Double Bastard Ale. It's a glorious brew. I liked the Double better than the Arrogant.
