Messin with mix drinks:

1 part St. Brendans Irish Creme
1 part Trader Vics Kona Coffee Liqueur
1 part Jameson

Need something to mix that Jameson with, that stuff is terrible straight. I have some Redbreast 12yr Irish Whiskey I love though.

I also use bourbon in that drink and it is excellent (cheaper bourbon of course). I have some Trader Vics Chocolate Liqueur I also add 1 part to sometime, but it's a little sweet then.

Blasphemy! I love me some Jameson neat in a glass. You might look into the 12 year and gold reserve though :-) The Gold Reserve is MUCH better.
