If it has a high ABV it tends to hold up better. Things like imperial stouts and barley wines tend to age well. Hoppy beers such as IPAs tend to lose that bright hoppy flavor fairly quickly. :-)

Indeed. I would also add if you're going to be aging beer, it should be in a not hot or light filled area. Kind of in line with your humi's / cooloerdors.

Checking out the profile of Audible Ale, a 4.7% APA is a pretty bad choice for storage. Drink it now and drink it fresh!
