No weigh-in for me this week. Was out at my friends cottage all weekend, just got back. Did manage a 2 mile run yesterday, plus a lot of fun in the water, so I expended some energy.

yesterday morning i was down to a number which wold have made it 27.9 lbs so far, then this morning i was down another 1.3 which just seems impossible, so only tracking my sunday number for now so i don't dissapoint myself lol!

After a weeks vacation, where I ate like the old day, I was all set to get back on the scale this am.

216.0 this morning, down 4 lbs this week. I really shouldn't have made a beef brisket and 2 pork butts on the new smoker yesterday. Both turned out great and probably ate twice the amount I should have.

I'm just mad I did really well diet-wise for 6 days and on the nigh before weigh-in, I ate way too much pulled pork and beef brisket. Shoulda used better portion control.

you lost 4 lbs, you have no reason to beat yourself up. I only lose like max 2 a week, usually less, no complaining unless theres a real reason

I do like the daily double. I've eaten 2-3 in the past week without the mayo. Not terrible points-wise for weight watchers.

28.1 lbs lost so far since april 27th - god damn why is it coming off so slow! That is still averaging less than 1.75lb per week.

Myles, 1.75lbs a week is excellent, just so ya know. I think my average has always been been 1.65 at it's best. You basically suck.

YA but, you only ever had like 30 or something to lose small-fry, i have over 100 still to lose, so it should be coming off way faster!

It'll be interesting to see how I do this week and next, being out of town for work. I"m not able to get my normal workouts in, but will be doing more running than anything. Did just shy of three miles yesterday at a better than 10min/mile pace. Luckily there's a Meijer near me so I can shop for most of the stuff I've been eating regularly. Loving me some Blue Diamond Wasabi/Soy almonds right now.

buddy of mine is doing the once a week cheat day and has lost like 40lbs so far.

Cheat days work for me. I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I used to get pissed at myself because I'd have some fast food or soda and stall or gain. Then I realized I'll have to find a balance. I can't keep losing forever.
