I was just commenting on how amazing Stubbs was last night. 0-4 with 4 strikeouts and 6 runners left on base, 5 in scoring position. :-)

The team looked like doo doo in general. Playing good teams is seriously starting to catch up with them now. They weren't competitive against winning teams last year and this year seems to be a continuation of that. :-)

I'm not putting blame on him. Yes, he failed us twice in a row, but he should never have been put into that spot in either game. How does a team just blow leads like that?

And they still lost. His amazing angle on the Weeks fly ball led to a nice inside-the-park job. I think it is safe to say that Stubbs has no effect on how this team does, he plays well and they lose, he sits or strikes out 3 times in a game and they win. Based on a crazy stat on fangraph, Drew Stubbs in the lineup gives them a -7.79% chance on winning a game, and I tend agree based on how he plays. :-)
