Had some New Glarus Spotted Cow earlier in the Day. Had a Founders Double Trouble while I was cooking in the grill. Went to my local watering hole and having a New Glarus Moon Man.

We'll see what's next.

Just got back from the Minneapolis Town Hall, a great brew pub here in Minneapolis. It's March 31st, and it was warm enough to sit on the patio! 75 degreres!

Had a Masala Mama IPA, an H20 Oatmeal Stout, and a Pot of Gold Potato Stout. All 3 were great, and I love a nice oatmeal stout, but you just gotta love the Masala Mama. :-)

Enjoying a Smuttynose Farmhouse Ale.

Trying a Rogue Juniper Pale Ale. Not bad at all, it's right between a bitter Pale Ale and one one with citrus.

Last night at the W.H.A.T.:

Chimay Red and White
SN 30th Anny
Lagunitas IPA Maximus
Racer 5
Snake Pit Porter

All were good but, as usual, the SN didn't impress me too much.

Looks like a nice line up there Greg.

I know I might get blasted for this. But Sierra Nevada and Great Lakes don't do much for me at all.

I wish I was sophisticated enough, or had the time to try a bunch of different beers, but I do have my favoirites.

Fat Tire
Blue Moon (no fruit)
Grain Belt Premium (local historical brew up here)
LandShark Lager

Oh yeah, and just about anything else in the fridge!

Everything I have tried from them was just ok but not worth buying again, to me.

As promised if anyone is interested:

That giant wooden vat on the left is where Palo Santo Marron is fermented.

Thanks for the picture, very interesting. I had this beer once at a festival and enjoyed it, need to pick up a few bottles for sure as its a special beer obviously.

I always have Primo in the fridge. Great on a hot day!

I had to look into the Palo Santo Marron. This sounds like a very interesting beer and might have to find it.

Deschutes beers arrived in MN this week. I'm drinking a Mirror ond pale ale now. Very malty for a pale ale. I'd be curious to know what kind of malts they use.
