I was probably ... No, I was in a surplus Friday and Saturday. I think I went about 1.5-2k over my daily maintenance. I think I devoured half a container of ice cream with brownies! All good though. Only hit 1.9 today, not starving myself today, just didn't get a chance to eat as much.

In case if you guys were wondering, 180P/300C/80-85F

Hoping tomorrow will be a good day of training. Hope you guys enjoyed your weekend!

Back today, shoulder was sore so I stuck to cable work, save a few sets of heavy bent over rows at the end.

Had a shitload of pasta for the first time in a long time tonight, played hockey, but hopefully still have some gas left for shoulders tomorrow.

Shoulders and tris. Not much gas after short-bench hockey games Saturday and Sunday. Heavy and short. :-)

Reverse grip pull down 4x8

T bar row 4x8-12

Bent over rows - push ups 4x12 no rest

HT Shoulders and calves today.

Did some back squatting since my elbow was feeling tender. Managed to do pretty decent volume despite not going very heavy (315). The lower back felt good so I was really pleased with that. :-)

Did HT losing mon/tues & thu/fri so today was an off day. Did a little steady-state cardio today (45min).

Light legs (reps) and heavy bis today. I have to take Tues and Wed off, so I will lift tomorrow on a scheduled off day (chest and tris).
