Good work, Huy!

Tom - i've only tried Hyde once but didn't really like it. You know me, i'm a stim-monster but with all the stims in this i just got jittery. It didn't really give me a good boost.
Get a good lift in, Tom!

Thanks Huy. I have Catalyst, Pump Fuel, NOExtreme, C4 and some generic that is supposed to be like original formula Jack3d (it's not), let me know what you haven't tried.

That's what Hyde is suppose to do, Charlie. It's just high in stim and caffeine. Mixing it with any other supplement that has nitric oxide will balance it out. That's why they created Jekly.

First day of taking Karbolyn and I just felt great the entire time I was training. Coach has me upping my carbs to 300g a day. It's tough for me to get 200 in so I added Karboyln in while I train.

Back and chest.

Wide grip pull down
V grip pull down
Reverse grip bb row
Seated row using neautral grip
Stiff arm lat pull down 7x8-15 w/45 sec rest

Incline DB press
Incline DB flies
Seated cable flies - seated press - push ups 5x10-15 w/45 sec rest

All sets were 4x8-15 unless noted.

Legs and shoulders

Front squats 73637263x4 or at least it felt like I did that many sets
Leg presses 5x15
Lunges 4x16
Standing leg curls 4x12-15

Cable face pulls 7x15
DB side raise 4x8
Plate front raise 4x12-15
Seated side delt machine 4x15

Did some armzzz for fun too.

Well i'm dropping fat (and lbs) but my totals are getting harder and harder to meet. Pulling 405 today felt like pulling 455 usually does. And I failed at 455 ... felt like when I tried to pull 475. :/

Stick with it, Charlie, the fat will go and the strength will come back.

Chest today, tried to rep it out with little lower weights.

Incline bench 185, 205, 225, 245
Vertical bench 255, 275, 295
Decline bench 275, 295, 315, 225
Dips 4 sets @ bodyweight
