Got a rly good shoulder lift in today!
Standing Front/Back Press / Standing OHP Press / Arnold Press / triple set: side delt raises & rear delt raises & front delt plate raise ... finished off with the ropes and some elliptical.

Back squats, Sumo DLs, Bench, Calves ... finished up with some Ropes for cardio since my legs were so wobbly from doing calves.

The wife is occupied all day so i may head back and get some cardio in this afternoon before meeting my brother for a few smokes and some college football.

Didn't have a lot left for tris. Surprised how good my endurance was after first hockey game in 5 weeks last night. Actually feeler looser than I have in 5 weeks as well, think hockey is the key.
Back and bis tomorrow. Legs are getting forsaken in this two day cycle as I have another game tomorrow night after work.

Hypertrophic chest & tris (all exercises @ 8/10) followed by some hammy work (sumo front squats/wide sumo DLs/machine leg curls)
Tomorrow will be some HT Back/Bis with some Quad work.
