Nah. He just rode for so long with the bucket up and out of line-of-sight that he forgot it was there. Happens with me on the rollbar on the Z-turn from time to time. Go under a low branch, forget about the bar, and next thing I know, the front end is coming up! A lot easier and and faster to correct with a z-turn than a tractor! Probably took about one second for it to get that high, not enough time to even react! Lucky he had a trailer attached. Probably only thing that kept it upright and driver from being smashed like a bug! Had tractors get away from me several times. Happens quickly!
Still a good pix, though sad for me, as I've had relative killed by tractor overturn 3 decades ago. And the uncle had spent probably 40 years on tractors!
