Summertime by Pete Seeger. One of the best versions I've heard!

Kinda Hatebreed-ish... Lemme know when the EP drops... that should be good lifting music.

I'll let ya know.
It gets me so antsy. Last time I went to one of their shows I got thrown out.....
:-):-)
Also, new Meshuggah is good. I can only listen to a little bit of them at a time, it just makes me feel odd. The poly rhythms mess with me, man...makes my brain mushy

I love that song!
My favorite tune from the 90's is definitely
Two Princes by The Spin Doctors

I'm an old doo wopper. Grew up in Manhattan & the Da Bronx in the 50's-60's. Lot of groups singing a capella on the corner, in the alley (myself included). I listen to doo wop stations on the 'net. Have an extensive collection of street corner harmony. None worth anything though.

Vitamin String Quartet. Interesting and often beautiful approaches to modern music (currently Pink Floyd - Another brick in the wall) with classical instruments. Nirvana, Metallica, AC/DC, The Fray, and many others. Good stuff.
