This music isn't really for everyone. Yes, that's me "singing" :-)

Dang man, is that your home setup? That's pretty sweet! I'm rockin' out an ancient Tascam 4-track as a "mixer" lol!

Nah, that's the studio we recorded our EP at. Such a nice place! I was blown away when I heard that finished product.
I have a Tascam something or other and I just use Superior Drummer and Metal Foundry for my shindigs, when I'm recording at home

My wife, 5yr old son, 10yr old son, and 11 yr old daughter whine.
:-)
I'm willing to bet my unborn child is whining too, but I can't hear him/her.

Still cranking Eric Church - Springsteen!!

I put together a nice collection of the first dozen or so
Bowie records. Through Scary Monsters, 1980.
I had never paid much attention to David Bowie when he was big, and the more I hear, now 30+ years
later, the more I really like. Not the 80s stuff, the essential years stuff.
I like it.

Jason Mraz - Love is a Four Letter Word
This is his latest CD. I usually prefer his live stuff anyway - but on a precursory listen while at work I'm not a fan. I've already got my ticket for his show in Atlanta in August, though. So I'd better grow to like it

I must be over your house because I'm hearing the same thing.

Listening now... I like it. I never understood how people could scream, but I've loved it for years. Yours is the kind I like... not into the shrilly Overkill-type or the all bass rumble-type. Great work, man!
Presently, I am on a huge "The Ghost Inside" kick:

Thanks so much for the words, Dan! It means a lot to me!
The Ghost Inside is one of my favorite bands right now. There's a ton of great melody in their stuff and that makes it so interesting. Plus Johnny Vigils vocals are great.
I've seen them live countless time and every time it's amazing.

Also, if you like The Ghost Inside you'll most likely like these guys :

Hundredth is like the same melodic take on old hardcore that TGI does, but it's much more raw and, I think, much more emotional.
Chads lyrics are so relateable (especially this song) and his delivery is great.
Another amazing live band, sadly they've never toured togther
:-)

Seriously? Damn... you're lucky! I've only just found them.
Please tell me you've heard of Shai Hulud...

These guys (throughout all their CDs) have sick, sick, sick melodies. Matt Fox is a beast. Much like old Strongarm in the melody realm (who were the first ones I heard to do that style of music).

I have the album titled like that song. That's the only one of theirs that I got into. I definitely respect a band that has a constant layer of things happening.
I like the vocalist on this album as opposed to their older one...I forget their names haha
