I don't see the problem with continuing the discussion.:-) From what I've been reading it's very civil and everyone is just giving their opinions, thoughts, along with anecdotal evidence. No one is telling anyone else what to smoke or how to smoke. :-)

because people will never agree....so it is just people saying "I like this better" or "I like this better"

I agree. What one spreads with or cooks with depends entirely on preference though.:-)
