I've looked online at a few and they all seem to be the same. I'm looking for something a bit offbeat and better!
I"d like to make this for Super Bowl Sunday at a big get together.

Dont know what you really like but here is one I use. good for the football game.
16-oz can refried beans
3-4 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
1 T. lemon juice
1 packet taco seasoning
1-1/2 C. sour cream
3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. can sliced olives, drained and rinsed
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Spread refried beans in a 9x13" glass casserole dish.
Add lemon juice to the avocados and spread over the beans.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the avocado mixture.
Sprinkle on the tomatoes, then the onions, then the olive.
Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
Chill 1-2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.
