I heard about this. Apparently it gaining popularity in the UK (the cigarette version) because of thier anti-smoking in pubs regulations. This way people can get thier nic fix indoors instead of standing outside in the cold. Not a bad idea but I don't know if it will work for cigars, I think the whole purpose will be lost.

Me too. This has popped up before, more futuristic political correctness.

Gotta love it, but I totally think this is new technology that sets refined society back a bit.
