So that is from Cuba, I am guessing the embargo still holds for purchasing rum and cigars while traveling outside of the US in other countries?

grey area? because 30 states Cuban-origin while 31 states specifically travel to Cuba.

Thanks Dom, I read the "for personal consumption" in 32 but read right past the "or imported in the United States"

If only I could read ..... :-)
