Ironically, as Houston prepares to go through 4 straight days of torrential rains. Countless cigar smokes are taking advantage, hunkering down and using it as an excuse to light up.
Can you blame them, with more city wide flooding expected in the next 72 hrs. BOTL & SOTL enjoy.

Well, after viewing some of what Texas is going through (appears to be the Southeast part of the state), I can only keep and think positive thoughts for some of those folks...
On the other hand Groucho, if you can defer some of that rain out to SoCal, we could sure use some. Sharing is caring
