I'm staying in the River North area this weekend, and wondered if there are any B&M's or Cigar Lounges I could walk to from my hotel?

My kid is in a hockey tournament and both ice rinks are on Madison, so if there are spots anywhere in the area of the United Center, those could work too!

Iwan Ries is an amazing place. You've got to stop there.

Another I'll add to the list is Tesa Cigar Lounge. 1039 West Lake Street, Chicago, IL 60622 Really cool little place with a huge line of their own sticks you can't get very many places.

Have a great stay. Jack Scwartz is closed on the weekends though. Iwan Ries has a small free smoking lounge and a nicer member lounge which you gain access to for a day for $15...tell em you're visiting and maybe they'll wave the fee.

I was hoping to be able to walk to a couple of these places...but Chicago and single digits says NO. We drove past Jack Scwartz last night on the way to a rink and figured that would have been a 20-25 minute walk. It's hard to walk the 2 blocks to the garage for my car in this cold :-)

That Chicago weather can be pretty unforgiving, Scott. Sorry you didn't get a chance to hit one of them up.
