Hey hey I'm looking for some new types of cigars and I'm interested in Padron's 1964 aniversario. Anyone try any of these?

I am a big fan of the Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro's -- some of the best non-Cuban cigars out there.

They're delicious, but they also carry a hefty price tag. There are a lot of cigars out there that carry similar flavor profiles. I'd suggest trying one, you won't be disappointed, but also try to find something more affordable with a similar flavor profile for an every day smoke. Win win.

If you have a cigar shop close by to where you live, you should drop by and introduce yourself to the owner. I'm sure he would help you out brother:-)

Try the Ortega Serie D cigars, very similar profile to the Padron at about half the price

Padron 64 natural diplomatico and principe were my favorites. Also any 26 in maduro.

To me they have their own unique flavor. I have yet to find a similar tasting smoke.

Nothing will compare to Padrons. At all. But, San Lotano Maduro is a good "instead of" cigar.
