I just finished reading a thread on blank bands. I myself have recently been pondering/thinking about making some blank bands. The only question I have is what should I use to "hold" the band on the cigar.

Try pectin gel. Then you'll have some around to repair the odd cigar as well.

Personally with 1000 costing $ 30.00 I can't imagine the cutting and figuring out how to attach them and all the time spent in between is worth the savings.
Spend the 30 get a life time supply and use the extra time and energy on smoking and enjoying life

I like mine printed so i do them on the computer and then a small piece of tape holds them together. Works great

Several of the retailers who are members here on the Asylum sell blank bands; I believe Cigarmony has them - 250ct for $13.
K Baz, who sells 1000 bands for $30? Website address or info?

I've used rubber cement, makes it pretty easy to take the band off later.

I use a Brother P-Touch Label Maker to create a label for the cigar and it also holds the blank band on there...

1000 bands is nowhere near a lifetime supply!
