Has anyone here experienced the Ave Maria? I plan on smoking one tomorrow. This is my first post as a new user. I'm fairly new to cigar smoking. Well, premium cigars. I smoke a lot of Swishers. But I've enjoyed about 4 premium cigars. Any feedback would be nice.:-)

I thought the same thing...might be a bit strong for a beginner. :-)

Recently I've smoked the Vault Torano and The La Herencia Cubana CORE. Both great cigars. I'm nor to worried about the strength, even though it rates as a medium-full body. Thanks for the feed back, and I'll probably end up smoking it after lunch.:-)

Thirded. I enjoy Ave Marias but for a beginner it might be strong. I recommend smoking it after a meal or having a coke or root beer with it. Enjoy!

I have enjoyed all the Ave Maria's that I've tried so far. I found the Knights Templar to be a little more mellow, I assume it's due to the smaller ring gauge, than some of the other thicker ones.

Wow. That was one of the best cigars ive had. A nice hour cigar. It was good with some coke. Very relaxing. It had a sweet, rich smell. And it held a razor shard edge. Damn. Deffenatly buying more. And a well priced cigar also. Thanks for the feed back. It is for sure a strong smoke, but a nice one. It was a tad dry (don't own a humidor) but drawed perfectly. Yet again, thanks!:-)

Glad you enjoyed it. It seems like you're picking some good smokes to have while stepping up from the Swishers. :-)

But I guess if you can snort vodka, you can handle moving from a Swisher to an Ava with little problem.

The Davinia version of Ava Maria is a favorite of mine. Unless you are very rich, you don't want to buy the ones that are packed individually in little coffins. You can get 5 or 10 packs from CigarPage for $5 or $6 each, maybe better.

If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits eighty-eight miles per hour... you're gonna see some serious s**t. :-)
