All Cigar Discussion>In Orlando next week. Any shops to check out?

I'm going to be down in Orlando, Florida next week for business. I'll be attending conference things during the days but plan on hitting some cigar shops in the Orlando area in the evenings. I'm definitely going to two of the Corona Cigars locations. Does anyone have any suggestions of other shops that one should check out while in Orlando?

Get in touch with Black Coral, he knows all the right places in Orlando and he's a great guy to hang out with

Take the drive over to Tampa and check out Ybor City. You will NOT be disappointed. It's like the Disneyworld of cigars. There's a new Fuente place there too. Check out www.tampasweethearts.com. I haven't been to the new place, but the last time I was there it was in the planning stages. Tampasweethearts had a little store there that had a ton of hard to find Fuentes.

Great place to try is Ol Times in Casselberry. Very friendly guys there - not as busy as Coronas. Prices are very good as well. Coronas is OK - great selection, but their customer service is aweful - I don't go there any longer. Another up & coming place to try is Havana Cigar Specialists in Altamonte. Very small place with limited but good offerings, but they are the best group of guys I've run across. Older crowd there - late 30's to 60's. Always a good discussion going on and they are open Sundays. Ol Times and Havana don't try to peddle $5-$6 beers. They have complementary beverages with tip jars.

Was going to suggest this. Back when I lived there Ol Times was my favorite place by far. Great family owned business, outstanding prices, free beverages.
