General Discussion>The inspiration this gives blows my mind.

Todd Love was a CPL in the Marines, on a duty in Afghanistan. He usually was the lead on the Patrol Mission his unit went on. One day he stepped on a IED. When he was taken to the Medic tent, they thought he was dead from the remains of his body that was actually connected. I saw this Man on a show called "Gator Boys" or something. This guy's story almost brings me to tears. "How can I give up on life when those men never gave up on me?" The pictures I'm uploading are him competing at a race called the Spartan Race, which is pretty intense for able bodied people, much less amputees, much less triple amputees. The Team he had done it with were Disabled Vets mostly.

Whenever I start to feel sorry for myself about anything, I look at the picture of this Man I saved on my Phone and instantly feel like my problems are unimportant.

Pretty sure he's had several galleries on The Chive. Tell you what, makes me feel guilty for how little I've given for my country. God bless our soldiers.

I am guilt of the thing I may hate the most which is self pity... this is a great example of why I need to pull my head out of my butt sometimes and realize my problems are miniscule compared to those of others. I have a great wife, healthy and loveing son and Parents who are our best friends... Thank you for this.

Those Vets don't look very disabled. I'd sure hate to have my ass whipped by one of them.
