I let the knuckleheads at work talk me into running the Warrior Dash this year. For those that don't know, it's a charity run to raise money for St Judes Childrens Hospital. It's basically a 3 mile obstacle course for adults.
They encourage costumes. It was a blast and even though it was 90 and humid, we still had fun.

Didn't know these kids, but thought this was the best sign of the day.

Ran the WD in Michigan yesterday. What a blast! I'll definitely do this again. Here's our crew afterwards.

:-):-):-)

Of the 13 obstacles on the course, only one gave me any real problems. It was the sunken catamaran. Basically a giant, floating plastic thing you had to pull yourself up and over twice. Water was over your head and not much to grab onto. First time the person in front of my trying to get up kicked me in the head which forced me under water. Not fun. Luckily people were helping each other up and over.

At the start of my wave I ended up passing Chris Powell from ABC's Extreme Makeover Weght Loss show. He had two people he's helping lose weight running the course.
