That's assuming that they ran. They are imfamous for over heating and not running.

I dated a girl in high school that her parents gave her had 1 like that but I think it didn't have a top like that. I tried to get her to let me drive it but something about me not having my license and being 15 kept her from letting me. Thank You for the eye candy.

I always think Karmann Ghia when I see a Corvair. Actually I think AMC, then Karmann Ghia, then Corvair. :-)
They're a good looking ride. They look uncannily like a Ford product (Mustang-ish) for a GM.
