General Discussion>The shop - where I do my winter smoking

With all the talk about smoking in cold weather, I thought I'd show you where I do my winter smoking and summer too. Also, the winter grilling area which started out to be a paint booth with a nice large vent fan. Just grilled some rib eyes Friday night and drank plenty of New Glarus Road Slush Stout. It was a good time with friends. Now, this shop may not look like some of your better man caves, but it's heated to a nice 65 degrees so it works pretty well.

Nice.

And we just picked up a bottle of that Road Slush over in Hudson on Saturday. I have a feeling I'll need to run over and get more once I try it. :-)

Thanks for sharing, if it is heated that would be a great open area to smoke and work!
