Are these still available "anywhere" for MSRP? (i.e. Retailers) if you can point
me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. I've seen them go
for crazy aftermarket prices.

That is MSRP(pre tax) + shipping....you pay a $3-4 premium....total. Tough to beat that. About what I paid for mine from CAYP.
